The Wheel Continues, Dear Universe!
The snow is coming! The sky is a subdued, heavy gray. We may get up to a foot of snow in the valley by the time the storm winds up tomorrow.
Each moment, we are given options for how we will show up and act, what we will do, and in what direction we’ll advance. We get to choose.
In our darkest times, we won’t see any options; we will believe we have to proceed in only one way.
If you are in that place, Dear One, my most sincere hope is that you will dare to see your choices, and that you will dare to change one thing, and take one Turtle Step, honoring yourself.
It is the smallest, incremental change that will plant the seed of possibility. Each step forward that you take will move you closer to your dream; will strengthen you and lift your heart.
Any time you feel stuck, or think you aren’t progressing and are maybe even sliding backward – know that you are still changing and growing, and that your dreams are waiting for you. In fact, what you want is out there right now, moving toward you all the time.
Remember, Dear One – We are made of the same stuff as stars and planets. Truly. Mentally and spiritually, we need to go through volcanic-like processes of heat and pressure, to burn away impurities, and to squeeze us stronger. We will be diamonds!
Be patient and gentle with yourself, Dear One. It’s the practice we are given, to help us learn to be patient and gentle with the whole world. It is our practice for maintaining our balance – of walking The Middle Way.

Dear One, your heart holds your answer. It’s time to listen.
Let’s meditate. Begin with focus on your breath. Breathing In, I am Peace. Breathing Out, I am Light. Breathing In, I am Goodness. Breathing Out, I am Love.
Repeat this, finding a space of calm and quiet within, where you feel the truth of this message.
Now, ask your heart for one inspired action for today, to honor and love yourself.
